In Memory of Steve Yatomi | Adventure Travel Alliance | Final Danny Kadota Show

We are deeply saddened to share that our dear friend Steve Yatomi of Adventure Travel Alliance passed away yesterday in his home in Rosarito Beach, Mexico.

Steve dedicated his life to helping people realize their fishing dreams, taking anglers to exotic destinations around the world—from the Amazon in Brazil and beyond. More than that, he was always involved in the local communities he visited. Whether it was bringing medical supplies, offering to buy groceries, delivering clothing, or providing other essentials, Steve made sure he left a positive imprint everywhere he went. He lived with genuine kindness and a desire to give back.

Steve and Captain Danny Kadota were dear friends for many, many years. His final appearance was on the Danny Kadota Show, live on the Friedman Adventures YouTube channel on September 7, where he shared stories of Amazon fishing adventures and his passion for the sport and the people he served. Steve will be sorely missed by all of us at Friedman Adventures, by Danny, by the broader fishing community, and by everyone whose life he touched. Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.
