Come Meet Emily Tomorrow at the Friedman Adventures Surf Fishing Festival
Tomorrow is the day.

Everyone is welcome.
Fishing has been picking up over the last 24 hours, and these days at the beach have been so precious. The weather is absolutely beautiful. If you’ve been waiting for a reason to get the family on the sand with a rod in hand, this is it.
You’ll get to meet many members of the Friedman Adventures family. Not only are they good people — they’ve been doing a lot of good deeds in our communities here at home and in Mexico.
Lucky is our official greeter. There is no one better than Lucky. You’ll get to spend time with him.
Also in attendance tomorrow: Emily and her father Jeff.
Emily and Jeff were recently on the Grande for Emily’s first tuna fishing trip. Emily uses a wheelchair, but she does not let her disabilities get in the way of enjoying the great outdoors. She caught limits of yellowfin tuna on that trip. Tomorrow she will be joining us at the surf fishing festival — the perfect time to congratulate her on that great angling feat.
Our dear friend Chivo is grilling hot dogs and providing them free of charge to all of you.
We have a raffle to help us do more good deeds in Mexico and here in the United States. We are planning a huge Christmas party in November for well over 100 orphans in Ensenada, Mexico. You can help by buying raffle tickets.
Don’t forget to stop at Big Fish Bait & Tackle. They have tons of great bait for you right now. Ghost shrimp are always a good choice, along with lugworms. They also have all your terminal tackle — hooks, sinkers, fishing line — and if you want an economical surf fishing rod and reel, they have that too. They’re on the corner of Seal Beach Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway, only a mile from where we’ll be fishing.
Official hours are 9 AM to 12 Noon. Anthony will be there at 8 AM, and you are more than welcome to come early and start fishing. Park across PCH. The noon raffle is the capper.
